For large groups of up to 22 guests, Arula Chalet 1 represents the pinnacle of luxury mountain living — a ski-in/ski-out chalet in Lech perfectly suited to families, friends, and corporate retreats. Set in an exclusive Oberlech location with incredible mountain views, this expansive 1,800m² chalet impresses with an endless list of features, including a swimming pool, indulgent spa area, sophisticated living spaces, exceptional service, and sumptuous bedrooms.

Throughout the chalet, reclaimed wood interiors and natural stone features combine with rich, designer furnishings to create a refined style of understated luxury. The main living areas occupy a spacious room on the first floor, featuring an open-plan lounge and dining space that welcomes guests with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. A central feature fireplace adds a cosy touch, with plush sofa seating on one side and a dedicated dining space on the other, perfect for enjoying delicious mountain meals. This floor leads out to a balcony offering fantastic views over the village of Lech and the surrounding mountains, though the true highlight of the chalet’s outdoor spaces is its generous terrace — a secluded spot away from the pistes, complete with a large outdoor dining area, multiple lounge spaces, a firepit, and a soothing stone Jacuzzi.

Beyond the inviting outdoor hot tub, Arula Chalet 1 offers a magnificent range of further spa facilities. A 14-metre indoor swimming pool provides the perfect spot for a relaxing swim, while guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to easing tired ski muscles, with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin, steam room, and several relaxation areas — including one featuring a salt wall for halotherapy. Several massage rooms are also available, where the chalet’s in-house spa therapist can provide bespoke treatments at an additional cost, alongside a state-of-the-art gym.

Arula Chalet 1 is also a wonderful setting for evenings of entertainment and celebration. A dedicated party and entertainment space sits on the same floor as the main lounge, warmed by a traditional stone fireplace and featuring a bar area, darts, poker table, library, and self-playing piano — offering plenty of ways to enjoy the evening. For a quieter night, a lavish cinema room offers the perfect movie marathon setting, while the chalet’s wine cellar provides the ultimate spot for indulgence.

Across nine bedrooms, Arula Chalet 1 accommodates 16 adults and 6 children. Each room is luxuriously furnished, offering a warm, spacious retreat with a refined alpine style throughout. Many bedrooms feature their own living spaces, balcony access, and dressing rooms, with the premier master bedroom standing out as the ultimate choice. For family ski holidays, the chalet also includes a charming four-person bunk room and a dedicated family suite with bunk beds. Every room is completed by an elegant en-suite.

For convenience, the chalet includes a ski room for equipment storage and a lift connecting all floors, with one bedroom able to double as an office space if needed. Guests also have access to a shared ice rink and a sizeable garage with space for up to 20 vehicles.

For even larger groups of up to 30 guests, Arula Chalet 1 can be combined with the neighbouring Arula Chalet 2 to form the complete Arula Chalets, connected via a shared garage or a hidden door behind the bookshelves in the main lounge.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 22 guests and include full gourmet catering, butler service, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 in-resort chauffeur service. Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
