Chalet Kuma

Chalet Kuma is a luxury ski-in/ski-out chalet in the Les Houches area of Chamonix, offering 372m² of stylish alpine living space. The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, includes a beautiful spa area with swimming pool, and offers incredible views of the Mont Blanc massif.

Guests are welcomed onto the first floor by a large, open-plan living area, filled with natural light from expansive windows and skylights. A fireplace sits at the heart of the spacious lounge, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the connected dining room and kitchen offer a sociable setting for guests to relax while the group’s private chef prepares delicious meals. The living areas open onto a generous balcony, offering the perfect spot to admire views of Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range with an evening glass of wine, or a morning coffee before heading out to the slopes.

The lower ground floor is home to all of Chalet Kuma’s spa and wellness facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Hammam, all connected via a shared relaxation area. Finished in natural stone, the space creates a real sense of connection with the surrounding mountains. The swimming pool also features soothing massage jets and a counter-current system for swimming.

Chalet Kuma also benefits from a separate TV lounge, offering a second space away from the main living area — perfect for a movie night or board games after dinner. A second fireplace in this room keeps guests warm on chilly winter evenings.

Chalet Kuma sleeps up to 12 guests across its five bedrooms. Featuring light wood interiors and comfortable, inviting beds, each room reflects a sense of modern alpine elegance. The entire top floor is dedicated to a generously sized master suite, complete with private balconies offering the best views in the chalet. Three further double bedrooms are joined by a bunk room featuring adult-sized bunk beds, with all four double bedrooms accompanied by pristine en-suite bath or shower rooms.

The chalet also includes its own ski room, a laundry room, and garage parking.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and include full gourmet catering, an open drinks bar, and daily housekeeping.

The chalet is also available on a self-catered basis, with housekeeping provided every other day.
