COSTAGUTI APARTMENT

The Palazzo Costaguti building dates back to the first half of the 16th century, originally built for the noble prelate Monsignor Costanzo Patrizi. It was later sold to brothers Ascanio and Prospero Costaguti, whose heirs continue to hold ownership of the palace, along with the noble title of Marquess, to this day. The palace features a piano nobile, or main noble floor, reached via a stately marble staircase, which once housed the principal reception rooms as well as the master bedrooms. This piano nobile now forms the Costaguti Apartment, a private residence spanning 3,200 sq ft.

The interiors are elegantly furnished, effortlessly blending Renaissance artwork with more contemporary features and styling throughout. The apartment is largely located on the first floor, with five bedrooms spread across the main level and a mezzanine floor, each offering modern bathrooms, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi.
