Days at the villa are centred around making the most of this dreamy setting, with terraces, living areas, and the majority of bedrooms all oriented to enjoy the dazzling blue sea beyond the 1,500m² landscaped garden. With waves gently lapping below, a glass of rosé in hand, and an obligatory plate of oysters for company, there are few finer spots for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Timber-clad exteriors, decked terraces, and light, nautical-themed interiors combine to create the ultimate beach house feel. The large, open-plan living and dining spaces open onto the terrace and covered dining areas, with a narrow sandy beach just a few steps beyond the grounds. A breakfast bar and a beautifully equipped kitchen, along with a large en-suite bedroom next to the TV area, complete the mid-level accommodation, with the remaining bedrooms split across the upper and basement levels.

Outside, a 5-metre plunge pool comes fitted with a counter-current system, while ample parking is available, with shade provided by the property’s large pine trees.

Nearby, the beautiful village of Cap-Ferret offers a relaxed, flip-flop-chic atmosphere and car-free zones that continue to attract many of France’s elite, drawn by simple living, fine dining, and endless stretches of soft, sandy beach. Just minutes away by car, guests will find larger beaches offering popular activities such as paddleboarding and kitesurfing. On request, a two-seater electric boat, windsurfing boards, paddleboards, and a canoe can also be arranged at an additional cost, offering a wonderful way to explore the bay and discover the famous Bird Island.
