Chalet Überhaus is a luxury ski-in/ski-out chalet in Lech, sleeping 10-14 guests, set within the exclusive heights of the Oberlech enclave. The upper ground floor houses a grand open-plan lounge and dining room, divided by an elegant central fireplace. The lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing space after a day on the slopes, bathed in the warm glow of the fire and surrounded by cosy, wood-clad interiors typical of true alpine quality. On the other side of the fireplace sits an impressive dining table seating up to 16 guests, with gourmet meals prepared in the professional, enclosed kitchen nearby. The chalet’s entrance hall offers further inviting seating around a traditional stone fireplace, providing guests with a warm welcome from the moment they arrive. One of Chalet Überhaus’s true highlights is its outdoor living space — several extensive balconies and terraces span the four floors, offering wonderful spots to take in the Arlberg mountains, whether gathering around the firepit, dining alfresco, enjoying an après-ski drink, or simply admiring skiers passing by against a backdrop of stunning mountain views.

After a day exploring the slopes of Lech, guests can unwind in the chalet’s excellent range of spa facilities. The spacious outdoor hot tub on the terrace is a real highlight, offering fantastic piste and mountain views alongside a soothing warmth against the mountain chill. Inside, on the lowest floor, an intimate and elegant spa area offers further wellness options, including a sauna and Hammam, along with a massage table for bespoke treatments. A small chalet gym is also available for guests wanting to stay active during their stay.

The lowest floor is also home to the chalet’s impressive entertainment offering. A glamorous bar area exudes alpine elegance, complete with comfortable seating and a snooker table for a sophisticated evening in. Down the hall, past a well-stocked wine cellar, a plush cinema room finished in silvery-grey tones sets the scene for the ultimate movie night.

Chalet Überhaus features five stylish bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. Weathered wood interiors reflect traditional alpine style, complemented by rich modern furnishings and comfortable beds throughout. The top-floor master suite stands out with its own stone fireplace, private living area, and balcony offering sweeping mountain views. Ideal for family holidays, the chalet includes two family suites featuring bunk beds alongside double or twin rooms, plus two further double bedrooms — all five bedrooms come complete with their own luxurious en-suite.

Guests can ski directly to the chalet’s main terrace before heading down to the ski room to store equipment. On-site laundry facilities are also available.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full gourmet catering, a selection of complimentary drinks, in-resort driver service, and a dedicated ski butler.
