Don’t let the name fool you — The Barn in Lech is anything but rustic! This palatial alpine home is built to the highest standards, combining authentic, quality materials with lavish furnishings across a spacious chalet brimming with wonderful spaces for wellness, entertainment, and luxury living. The Barn accommodates up to 14 guests across seven opulent bedrooms, set in an unbeatable mountainside location in Oberlech.

Spanning an impressive 1,000m² across four levels, The Barn dedicates its entire second floor to luxurious living space. The main living area is enveloped in elegant alpine wood interiors, furnished with rich, comfortable pieces throughout. One wall is devoted entirely to bookshelves, filled with striking ornaments and fascinating reads, while an extensive corner sofa offers plenty of relaxing seating around a central wood-burning fireplace. This same fireplace warms the sophisticated dining area found on the opposite side of the room, where guests can enjoy gourmet feasts at the banquet table, with a chic bar area nearby for pre- or post-dinner drinks.

This main living floor opens onto a spacious terrace, home to some of The Barn’s most stunning outdoor spaces. Guests can relax around the firepit or gather across several additional seating areas, all served by the chalet’s outdoor bar and kitchen. Thanks to its elevated mountainside position, the terrace also offers awe-inspiring panoramic views across the valley.

The Barn’s lowest floor houses a luxurious spa area, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Guests can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, followed by a revitalising session in the sauna or steam room, while a relaxation area with plush loungers and a private massage room offer further opportunities to unwind. State-of-the-art gym facilities are also available for those wanting to stay active during their stay.

This same level also houses The Barn’s multi-purpose entertainment suite, featuring a snooker table for competitive guests and a projector screen for a relaxed movie night. Several comfortable seating areas allow the room to double as a secondary lounge, complete with its own bar so the evening can continue without needing to move between floors.

The Barn’s seven double bedrooms are spread across the upper two floors, sleeping up to 14 guests in total. Each room is spacious and elegantly designed, featuring plush, comfortable beds and a striking style that combines light woods, dark textures, and patterned furnishings. Every bedroom includes its own luxurious en-suite, with all but one offering direct balcony access to enjoy the mountain views and fresh alpine air each morning.

For convenience, an internal lift connects all levels of the chalet, alongside a private ski room for equipment storage.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full gourmet catering, 24/7 butler service, and in-resort chauffeur service. Drinks are charged separately.
