Nivara is located within the Domaine de Murtoli, a vast estate set in the southwestern corner of Corsica. Surrounded by wonderful countryside, and complete with a charming pool carved directly from the rock, Nivara offers guests the freedom to be as active or as relaxed as they wish. Should the view from the pool ever grow too familiar, guests can simply wander down to the Domaine’s own beach restaurant for a swim in crystal-clear waters, followed by a chilled glass of wine on the sand.

The Domaine de Murtoli is an exquisite estate spanning over 2,500 hectares, encompassing coastline, river, and countryside. Guests staying within the estate can divide their time between wonderful experiences at the private spa, delicious meals across the estate’s three restaurants, a golf course, quiet beaches, and vast tracts of wild backcountry, perfect for walking and unwinding far from the stresses of modern life. Nivara itself features four double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, spanning a total of 160m² across the main house and an adjoining annex. Outdoors, guests will find a summer kitchen, a steam room, a swimming pool, and a dining-lounge area. The estate’s beach restaurant and private beach are approximately 8 minutes away by car.
