Spanning 1,500m² across two separate buildings — a larger main house and a more intimate second home — Chalet Marmottière is a truly exceptional property. The main house’s primary living areas sit at the heart of the middle floor, spread across a split-level, open-plan space comprising a stunning living room, lounge, and dining area. The living room offers ample plush seating beneath vaulted wooden ceilings and striking modern chandeliers, with a stylish contemporary fireplace at one end and a more intimate seating area on a raised split level above. Positioned above the lounge, the grand dining hall seats 12 guests, with a second table available on request to accommodate up to 18. The main living space opens onto a vast balcony leading down to the chalet’s spacious terrace and snowy garden, framed by sweeping mountain views. The second house offers its own cosy lounge, dining, and kitchen area, finished with the same alpine wood interiors and luxurious furnishings found throughout the main property.

The chalet’s deluxe spa area, located on the lowest floor, offers the ultimate in relaxation. The standout feature is the expansive 17-metre indoor swimming pool, bathed in natural light through a glass frontage that frames beautiful mountain views. Stepping stones lead across the pool to a soothing outdoor hot tub, sheltered by another glass structure. Comfortable relaxation areas, a sauna, Hammam, and massage room complete the wellness offering, alongside a well-equipped gym spread across two rooms with a range of cardio and weight training equipment.

The chalet’s entertainment facilities are equally impressive. A wet bar with a billiards table overlooks the swimming pool and leads through to the chalet’s own private bowling alley. Dedicated rooms are set up for gaming and poker nights, with the poker room surrounded by a striking glass wine cellar. The second house features a state-of-the-art 3D cinema room, along with a table football setup for further entertainment.

Chalet Marmottière’s nine luxurious en-suite double bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests. Each room blends authentic alpine character with contemporary luxury, featuring sumptuously comfortable beds throughout. Three magnificent master suites — one located in the second house — offer generous space with stylish seating areas, warming fireplaces, and dedicated dressing areas. All but one bedroom offers direct access to a balcony or terrace, and every room includes its own pristine en-suite bathroom.

The chalet is also well-suited to corporate retreats, featuring a 10-person conference room and dedicated office space. Both buildings are connected via a shared garage and offer lift access, along with laundry facilities and a ski room.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 18 guests and include full staff service — a professional chef, chalet manager, housekeeping team, and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged separately, at cost price plus applicable local VAT.

The chalet is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
