The LV Estate Chalets bring together two stylish, elegant side-by-side properties — LV | 01 Dolce Vita and the extraordinary LV | 02 Perla. Set on a 7,000m² estate in the heart of Cortina d’Ampezzo, these two chalets offer a combined 1,800m² of living space and accommodate up to 24 guests in total.

With outstanding wellness and entertainment facilities alongside beautifully furnished bedrooms, the LV Estate Chalets make the perfect base for larger groups of family, friends, or corporate parties looking to experience the very best of a luxury Cortina ski holiday. Guests can enjoy seamless time together across both properties, while still having the option to retreat to the privacy of their own chalet whenever they choose.

Both chalets share the same exceptional quality of furnishings, design, and service. Each offers multiple spacious, modern living areas full of sophistication and charm, including elegant lounges and formal dining spaces — the perfect setting to reconvene after a day on the slopes. The dining space in LV | 01 Dolce Vita has been designed to comfortably seat all 24 guests from both chalets at a single table for shared evening meals. State-of-the-art kitchens provide the ideal setting for an in-house Michelin chef to create a truly exceptional dining experience, complemented by wine from the LV underground cellars — home to one of the finest wine collections in Italy, curated by a leading Italian enologist.

The LV Estate offers an outstanding range of spa facilities, with guests benefiting from two separate spas across the two properties, one inspired by the art of Japanese Zen. Between them, the chalets offer two swimming pools — a 20-metre pool and a smaller pool with heated jets — along with two massage and relaxation areas, a Hammam, a sauna, and an indoor Jacuzzi. Entertainment options include two deluxe soundproof cinema rooms, gym equipment, and dedicated children’s play areas, including a soft play space in LV | 01 Dolce Vita, the option to convert LV | 02 Perla’s cinema into a second play area, and an outdoor play space with a large garden.

Together, the two chalets sleep up to 24 guests, with 12 guests accommodated across six en-suite bedrooms in each property. Every room has been individually designed for maximum comfort and style, featuring luxurious bathrooms finished in rich Italian marble, with the majority of bedrooms offering balcony access and stunning views over the Dolomite mountains and Ampezzo valley.

Each chalet includes its own ski room with heated boot warmers and private lift, with a combined total of underground and covered outdoor parking for up to 16 vehicles across the estate.

Rates are based on exclusive use of both chalets on a fully staffed basis, including a private chef for breakfast and dinner, 24/7 in-resort driver service, a full-time professional butler, and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are charged separately.
