Description
La Cascinale is set within one of Umbria’s most beautiful rural areas, while remaining only a couple of hours from the cities of Rome and Florence. This part of the region remains largely untouched by tourism, offering a genuine countryside escape, with small villages just a few minutes away by car, home to traditional restaurants alongside local butchers, bakers, and grocers.
Lake Trasimeno is also just a 30-minute drive away, the ideal spot for sailing and swimming during the day, with several small beaches and bars dotted along the shoreline. Guests also enjoy access to the wider estate’s private golf course, restaurant, and bar.
La Cascinale itself boasts extensive landscaped gardens, complete with a large sun terrace and pool (16.5m x 7.5m), along with a shaded dining pergola seating up to 12 guests.
