Hahnenkamm Lodge

Hahnenkamm Lodge is an incredible ski-in/ski-out chalet set in a uniquely special location high in the mountains above the Austrian resort of Kitzbühel. Skilfully blending traditional alpine features with modern touches, the lodge offers an idyllic mountain retreat for up to 12 guests, spread across five bedroom suites.

One corner of the chalet is home to the main living and dining area. This open-plan space features a traditional stone fireplace surrounded by warm, stylish furnishings, along with a well-stocked bar at one end of the lounge — perfect for a pre-dinner drink before heading through to the impressive dining area, where the whole group can enjoy delicious gourmet meals together. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the lounge, opening onto an expansive terrace where guests can take in the tranquillity of nature and unbeatable panoramic views, gathered around the firepit for warmth.

For relaxation and rejuvenation, the lodge offers a dedicated spa and fitness area. Guests can unwind on comfortable loungers between sessions in the steam room and sauna, with a well-equipped fitness area also on hand for those wanting to stay active. Guests staying in the master suite benefit from their own private spa area, complete with an additional sauna and steam room.

Hahnenkamm Lodge’s five bedroom suites sleep up to 12 guests in total. The grandest of these is the master suite, which — alongside its en-suite bathroom and private spa — includes its own living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a freestanding bathtub within the bedroom itself. Three further double bedrooms each offer their own living area and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool bath, while a fifth bedroom provides a charming bunk room for four, suitable for both adults and children. Alongside their generous size and elegant, cosy furnishings, all five bedrooms include their own private terrace or balcony, offering guests a beautiful, secluded spot to take in the surrounding views.

For convenience, an internal lift connects all floors of the chalet, which also includes a dedicated ski room for storing snowsports equipment.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and include full gourmet catering, a complimentary drinks selection, and lift passes for arrival and departure days.

Please note: due to its remote, high-altitude location, Hahnenkamm Lodge is only accessible via the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. The gondola operates 8:30am–5pm Sunday to Thursday, until 11pm on Friday, and until 6pm on Saturday. For security reasons, it is not possible to travel to or from the village outside these hours — please factor this into your arrival and departure plans, and consider whether this location will suit your holiday.
