Located in the picturesque village of Pontresina, Chesa Laret in St Moritz is a luxurious seven-bedroom chalet spread across five floors, formed from three individual apartments combined into one impressive property. The chalet beautifully blends modern, clean-lined design with traditional features, including striking exposed wooden beams throughout.

Guests are treated to generous living spaces alongside beautiful views. A large living room offers a variety of comfortable seating alongside a substantial square dining table, with a mezzanine level above housing a cosy home cinema area.

The second floor is home to Chesa Laret’s beautiful wellness area, which makes clever use of the building’s traditional character — the steam room and fitness room are both accessed through charming arched doorways. This floor also features a large, modern glass sauna, along with comfortable loungers and a sofa to relax on.

In total, the chalet offers seven bedrooms, three of which are en-suite, with the remaining four sharing bathroom facilities. The rooms offer a mix of styles, from ultra-modern, clean-lined spaces to more traditional wood-clad rooms, catering to a variety of tastes. The spacious master bedroom occupies the top floor, featuring its own fireplace that separates the main sleeping area from an open-plan bath and shower space at the centre of the room.

The chalet also includes a range of quirky, characterful spaces throughout, along with a dedicated ski and boot room and a laundry room.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet, including the services of a chef and host (8 hours/day) and daily cleaning. Food and drink are charged separately, plus applicable local VAT. Rates do not include Swiss VAT of 3.8%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised price.
