Open-plan living and dining areas on the third floor exemplify the sophisticated design found throughout the property. A spacious lounge featuring brown leather and turquoise sofas draws the eye in every direction, from the sleek black fireplace on one side to the stunning chandelier above, and the gorgeous mountain views through the tall windows. Comfortable burgundy chairs surround the grand wooden dining table, seating up to 12 guests for sophisticated evening meals, with additional seating around high tables available in the living area. A stylish black kitchen is well-equipped for preparing delicious mountain meals, while tall windows on this floor open onto a wide, south-facing balcony with stunning views over Val Thorens.

The standout feature of Chalet Cullinan is undoubtedly its deluxe spa area. A relaxation space surrounds the circular hot tub, sunk halfway into the ground for a truly immersive soak, alongside a soothing sauna for further post-ski recovery. For guests wanting to stay active, a dedicated gym area is also available.

Chalet Cullinan caters to guests of all ages when it comes to evening entertainment. Guests can curl up with a good book in the library corner, settle in for a movie night in the cosy TV lounge, or head to the games and play room, complete with table football and darts, for some friendly holiday competition.

The chalet’s six bedrooms all include en-suite or private bath/shower facilities, accommodating up to 12 guests in total. Each room can be configured as either double or twin, making the chalet an excellent choice for corporate groups or mixed friendship groups needing extra flexibility. Bedrooms are finished predominantly in wood tones and muted greys, evoking the surrounding mountains in a contemporary style, with some rooms offering additional balcony access for a more private spot to enjoy the views.

Chalet Cullinan sits adjacent to the 5-star Hotel Koh-I Nor, an incredible luxury hotel offering multiple dining and drinking options, including a mix of international and traditional Savoyard cuisine across several stylish restaurants — available when the chalet is booked on a catered basis — along with a lounge bar for relaxed après-ski drinks. The hotel also includes its own ski shop, ideal for purchasing or renting equipment during your stay.

The chalet also features its own dedicated ski room, along with a lift servicing all floors.

For larger groups, Chalet Cullinan can be rented alongside Chalet Orlov and Chalet Golden Jubilee, accommodating groups of up to 34 guests.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests on a bed-and-breakfast basis, including continental breakfast deliveries, shared driver shuttle service, and daily cleaning.

The chalet is also available on a catered basis, including seven nights of evening meals prepared by a chalet chef, shared driver shuttle service, and daily cleaning, or on a self-catered basis with shared driver shuttle service and daily cleaning.
