Nestled near the Son Real nature reserve, Casa Jardin Bella offers guests an authentic Mallorcan experience. The surrounding landscape is perfect for trekking, cycling, and horse riding, while a short drive reveals sandy beaches shaded by pine forests and charming villages such as Artà, Petra, Alcudia Old Town, and Capdepera.

Step through the villa’s elegant archway entrance to discover eight distinctive suites, a winter dining room, summer dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a serene interior courtyard with fountain. A porch leads to the family chapel, while upstairs a spacious lounge with grand piano and a library adorned with a modernist stained-glass window overlooks the Bay of Alcudia and Cape Formentor — a haven for reading and enjoying the villa’s classical music collection.

This historic 16th-century mansion houses eight suites, each with its own living area and unique design. Traditional interiors feature wooden beams, handcrafted furniture, and colorful tilework, blending heritage with comfort.

The estate boasts seven enchanting gardens, alive with lily ponds, fountains, roses, and agapanthus. Pathways wind through orchards of olive, pomegranate, holm oak, and cypress trees. Pergolas draped in jasmine and bougainvillea create shaded retreats, while a stone loggia with a long dining table invites al fresco feasts. Outdoor sofas and seating areas offer spaces for entertaining or quiet reflection, surrounded by the gentle sea breeze, the trickle of fountains, and the fragrance of jasmine.

For leisure, the property features a magnificent 18-metre swimming pool with ample lawn and sun terrace, complemented by a shaded pool house. Guests can also enjoy a multi-use tennis court/football pitch and table tennis, ensuring plenty of opportunities to stay active.
