Chalet LV | 02 Perla is a true jewel in the heart of the Queen of the Dolomites, sleeping up to 12 guests across six spacious double bedrooms. Spread over four floors, this high-end contemporary chalet represents luxury living at its purest, with every space thoughtfully crafted and meticulously designed. The chalet’s standout feature is its Japanese Zen-inspired wellness area, offering guests a truly transportive relaxation experience.

The chalet’s living spaces are lavishly furnished for maximum comfort and sophistication. An entire floor is dedicated to a spacious living room with fireplace and bar, alongside a separate TV room — the perfect spot for an evening apéritif. A further cosy living area with its own fireplace opens into the dining room, an elegant space where guests can enjoy exquisite evening meals prepared by the in-house Michelin chef in the chalet’s state-of-the-art kitchen, paired with a selection from the extensive private wine collection housed in the LV underground cellar. Balconies wrap around each level of the chalet, offering stunning panoramic views of the striking Dolomite peaks surrounding Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Guests can escape into a true sanctuary of calm within the chalet’s wellness area. Inspired by Japanese Zen design, the indoor Jacuzzi pool features soothing jets and a beautiful waterfall feature, while a sauna and Hammam offer further relaxation after a day exploring Cortina. A dedicated massage therapist is also on hand to help ease tired muscles in the relaxation and treatment area. For those wanting to stay active, the chalet also includes its own fully-equipped gym.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a movie night in the soundproof cinema room, complete with plush seating and ample space for the whole group. The room can also be easily converted into a play area for younger guests, with soft carpeting covering both floor and walls for a safe, kid-friendly space.

Chalet LV | 02 Perla’s six bedroom suites offer the height of comfort and exclusivity. The master bedroom stands out with a high vaulted ceiling, elegant en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, wood-burning fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony complete with breakfast table — a truly regal retreat. The remaining five double suites, four with balcony access, are equally luxurious, each featuring a designer en-suite shower room and thoughtfully perfected design details.

A private lift connects all floors of the chalet, alongside a heated ski room with boot warmers and both underground and covered outdoor parking for up to eight vehicles.

For larger groups of up to 24 guests, Chalet LV | 02 Perla can be paired with the neighbouring Chalet LV | 01 Dolce Vita to form the complete LV Estate.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests on a fully staffed basis, including a private chef for breakfast and dinner, 24/7 in-resort driver service, a professional butler, and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are charged separately.
