The top floor showcases Chalet Julisam’s high-end design at its finest, with a sleek, minimalist open-plan living space featuring luxurious furnishings and elegant gold accents. In place of traditional walls, a wraparound facade of floor-to-ceiling windows delivers a breathtaking panoramic view along the Leogang valley. A striking semicircular sofa sits atop a rotating platform, allowing guests to take in the views or turn towards the self-playing Yamaha grand piano. Gourmet meals are enjoyed at the 10-seater dining table, set beneath a stunning golden cloud-shaped light fixture, with a state-of-the-art kitchen just adjacent. The top floor opens onto an extensive balcony with alfresco dining space and a sheltered overhang, while further outdoor living areas can be found on the lower levels, including a cosy terrace featuring a firepit and striking sculptures by contemporary artist David Harber.

The chalet’s lowest level houses an impressive spa area packed with facilities. The centrepiece is a 14-metre indoor swimming pool, complete with a striking cascading water feature flowing from the ceiling. Guests can also enjoy indoor and outdoor hot tubs, along with a designer KLAFS sauna. Children will love the floor-level water fountains and interactive virtual aquarium, while fitness facilities and an indoor bouldering wall offer more unique ways to stay active.

Outdoors, children are spoilt for choice with two playgrounds, a trampoline, a small football pitch, and a sandpit, alongside plenty of space to play in the snow. When the weather turns colder, a charming indoor playroom awaits. A luxurious cinema room offers the ultimate home theatre experience, while games consoles and table football provide further entertainment for evenings that can run late into the night.

Chalet Julisam’s five spacious double bedrooms are located on the middle floor, sleeping up to 10 guests. Bright and elegantly styled, each room reflects the chalet’s plush, contemporary character. All five bedrooms include their own en-suite shower room, with one also featuring a striking freestanding gold bathtub positioned to make the most of the incredible views. Thoughtful touches such as blackout curtains, height-adjustable beds, and sound-insulated doors ensure a perfect night’s sleep throughout.

For convenience, the chalet includes an internal lift connecting all floors, 10 underground parking spaces, and a dedicated ski room for winter sports equipment.

Chalet Julisam also operates on a completely CO2-free basis, generating its own power and heat through photovoltaics and geothermal heat pumps, with triple thermal insulation glazing helping to retain warmth throughout the season. A portion of the rental fee also goes toward supporting a charity helping less fortunate families.

For larger groups of up to 20 guests, Chalet Julisam can be combined with its adjoining guest building to form the Julisam Estate.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis, with additional services available on request to build a bespoke à la carte package.

The chalet is also available on a fully staffed basis, including a private chef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, service staff, in-resort chauffeur, and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are charged separately.
