Chalet N is a ski-in/ski-out chalet in Lech that sets the gold standard for alpine luxury. Widely regarded as one of the most impressive chalets in the entire Alps, it features 10 vast bedroom suites sleeping up to 22 guests, an extraordinary spa area packed with facilities, beautifully finished interiors, and breathtaking mountain views from its elevated Oberlech position. A property like no other, Chalet N manages to feel both homely and opulent — authentic wooden interiors blend seamlessly with distinguished, contemporary furnishings throughout. While many of the bedroom suites include their own private living spaces, the chalet’s main shared living areas are found on the ground floor. Guests are welcomed into a glamorous living room, leading through to a cosy fireside lounge and bar, where plush sofas, an open fire, and understated luxury invite relaxation over a expertly mixed cocktail. This floor also houses the chalet’s formal dining “restaurant” for gourmet evening meals. Additional dining options include the charming Walser-Stübe, a traditional Austrian dining room perfect for fondue and raclette, the impressive wine cellar surrounded by an outstanding collection of vintages, or the spacious terrace, complete with outdoor barbecue, stylish conversation pit, and stunning views over the Arlberg mountains.

Chalet N’s spa area occupies the entire basement level and offers guests complete indulgence. At its centre sits an impressive indoor swimming pool, surrounded by a luxurious relaxation area and natural alpine rock columns. Guests can also enjoy a hay sauna, Finnish sauna, and salt tunnel steam bath, along with two cold plunge pools, a tropical rain shower featuring a Swarovski crystal curtain, and an ice fountain. Two outdoor Jacuzzis offer the chance to soak beneath the stars, while single and double massage rooms, a cosmetics area, hair styling station, and further relaxation rooms provide treatments to rival the best spas in the Alps. A spacious, modern gym rounds off the offering, fitted with a comprehensive range of resistance, cardio, and free-weight equipment.

On the second basement level, next to the wine cellar, guests will find a home cinema room complete with a large projector screen, games consoles, and stylish sofas — arguably better than the real thing. A pool table on the first floor offers a further way to unwind and socialise.

The bedroom suites at Chalet N are exceptional, with several offering the feel of private mini-chalets in their own right. The top-floor master suite spans approximately 180m², featuring an expansive open-plan living, dining, and bar area with a central fireplace, accessed via a private lobby, along with several balconies showcasing the chalet’s stunning elevated views. Eight further suites, each sleeping two, complete the adult accommodation, with half offering their own living areas and private balconies. In total, Chalet N sleeps 18 adults across nine deluxe suites, with an additional four children accommodated in a spacious, well-designed bunk room. Every one of the ten suites includes its own en-suite bath and/or shower room.

The chalet’s lowest level features a large multi-car garage, a generous ski storage room for preparing before heading out onto the slopes of Lech, a laundry room, and a guest lift servicing all five floors of the property.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 22 guests and include full gourmet catering, a selection of complimentary drinks, in-resort driver service, and private airport transfers.
