Chalet Makini stands as an exclusive member of Verbier’s collection of super-luxury properties. Majestically overlooking a tranquil pond in the prestigious Hameau development, this remarkable chalet boasts an outstanding array of spa facilities and sumptuous living spaces, sleeping up to 14 guests across seven impressive bedrooms.

The chalet’s interior is nothing short of breathtaking. Natural wood and stone combine with contemporary furnishings, intriguing artwork and antiques, sparkling chandeliers, and rich textiles to create a truly one-of-a-kind Swiss chalet. Chalet Makini features three separate living rooms, one on each floor, offering plenty of comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Verbier and the 4 Vallées ski area. An open stone fireplace on the ground floor adds real character and charm, while the grand dining table — set beneath a striking chandelier of cascading glass petals — comfortably seats the entire group. A second, equally atmospheric dining room offers an alternative setting beneath exposed stone ceilings. Two fully-equipped kitchens with breakfast bars cater to all culinary needs, complemented by an extensive wine collection, though guests can happily leave the cooking to the in-house professional chef. Outside, a generous terrace with seating and sunbeds overlooks the glimmering lake, offering a beautiful sun-soaked spot to relax.

The chalet’s lowest floor is home to a truly sublime spa area — one of the largest private spas in Verbier. Guests can enjoy the grand indoor swimming pool or make their way across floating Japanese stepping stones to the indoor Jacuzzi, before relaxing poolside with a drink in the sunny lounge area. A sauna, Hammam, and massage room provide further indulgence, while a well-equipped gym is on hand for guests looking to stay active. An additional Hammam can also be found on the top floor of the chalet.

Chalet Makini’s seven bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests, each meticulously designed and lavishly furnished. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor, including the magnificent master suite, complete with its own en-suite bathroom, separate shower, dressing room, seating area, and private balcony offering stunning mountain views. The remaining two top-floor bedrooms share a balcony, with one featuring an en-suite shower room and the other a full en-suite bathroom. The final four double bedrooms are evenly split across the lower two floors, each with its own private en-suite.

The chalet also includes a ski room, laundry facilities, two garage spaces, and two additional external parking spots for self-driving guests.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full staff service — a professional chef, butler, housekeeping team, and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged separately, at cost price plus applicable local VAT.
