Set over four floors (connected by an internal elevator), the second floor features a voluminous open-plan living space characterized by towering exposed beam ceilings, a crackling stone fireplace, and double lounge areas adorned with decor paying homage to the Karakoram mountain range. An elegant formal dining area sits in front of expansive windows that open onto a sweeping balcony, providing majestic alpine views and front-row seats to the slope below.

The lowest level hosts a serene private spa sanctuary gleaming with contemporary luxury. At its heart is an indoor swimming pool equipped with waterfall jets and framed by a roaring fireplace, alongside an indoor Hammam and a private outdoor hot tub on the terrace. This pool area seamlessly doubles as an elite entertainment space, featuring plush lounge seating and a high-end projector cinema system for immersive movie nights. For practical convenience, the property includes a dedicated ski room with boot warmers and secure garage parking.

The sleeping quarters consist of six capacious, timber-clad double bedrooms, each furnished with refined alpine luxury and completed by a distinctive marbled en-suite bathroom. Many suites also offer private dressing areas and direct balcony access, crowned by an exclusive master suite occupying the top-floor mezzanine.
