1. Booking & Payment Terms
- Reservations: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed booking agreement.
- Payments: The balance payment must be cleared by the due date specified in your booking agreement prior to your arrival.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific chalet or villa reserved and the lead time before check-in. Detailed terms will be provided in your individual rental contract.
- We strongly advise all guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
3. Guest Responsibilities & Security Deposit
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in to cover potential damages, incidental charges, or extra services requested during your stay.
- Property Care: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage or loss caused during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted in the property must not exceed the limit specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Liability
- Chalet and Villas acts as a booking agent for verified property owners. While we ensure all properties meet strict luxury standards, we are not liable for unexpected property maintenance issues, local utility disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings throughout the duration of their stay.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and layout—is the property of Chalet and Villas and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
