The large country kitchen, centred around a marble table, is perfect for learning to cook the Italian way, perhaps with a private chef. A formal dining room seats up to 12 guests, while the drawing room with its original fireplace and adjacent games room with billiards table provides the ideal setting for after-dinner drinks.
Accommodation is spread across three storeys. The upper floor offers five large bedrooms, each with countryside views and air-conditioning. Three have en-suite bathrooms, while two share a bathroom. A double bedroom on the lower ground floor, accessed via the courtyard, has its own private bathroom.
Outdoor living areas surround the property, with both sun and shaded terraces. The four acres of gardens are planted with centuries-old oak and chestnut trees, alongside Tuscan flora and fields of sunflowers. A decked swimming pool area, furnished with sun loungers and parasols, completes the idyllic setting.
The villa is perfectly located for exploring the villages of the Mugello, with Florence just 30 minutes away. Day trips to Siena, Chianti, Lucca, and Pisa are also easily accessible, making this farmhouse an ideal base for discovering Tuscany’s cultural and culinary highlights.
