The private estate stands as the sole property on the beautiful island of Sainte-Marguerite. Located off the coast of Cannes, the island has long held strategic maritime importance — once part of the estate of Louis XIV, and later used by Napoleon as a base to fire cannonballs at enemy ships. Today, the island’s fragrant pine woodland and crystal-clear turquoise waters offer an exclusive, secluded retreat, reached in true Riviera style by speedboat or helicopter from the mainland.
The property is surrounded by three and a half acres of private gardens, including a citrus grove and olive orchard, jasmine-covered terraces, and pathways lined with lavender and agapanthus.
A large pool, which can be heated, is complemented by a shaded dining terrace and summer kitchen, perfect for gathering guests together for lunch while overlooking the bay. A dedicated spa area also features a steam room, sauna, and massage tables.
The clear waters surrounding the island offer the perfect spot for a morning swim, with beaches just a five-minute walk away. Alongside the estate itself, the island is also home to one of the Riviera’s top summer restaurants, La Guérite, accessible on foot or via an easy transfer in the estate’s air-conditioned vehicles.
