The chalet’s main living areas are found on the top floor, within a renovated barn space that astonishes with its sense of scale and openness. Authentic vaulted wooden ceilings, exposed beams, and an airy, loft-like layout house the sumptuous main lounge and dining areas, positioned on either side of a stunning dual-aspect fireplace. Skylights and generous picture windows fill the space with natural light, while framing beautiful views over the snowy mountains surrounding Megève. A fully-equipped kitchen sits just off the dining area, seamlessly blending into the chalet’s traditional alpine design. Guests can also escape to one of the large balconies, or the generously sized garden surrounding the property, to fully take in the views and immerse themselves in this beautiful winter retreat.

Chalet Les Fermes à La Leonthine also features an elegant spa area on its lowest floor, home to a heated indoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art gym. Comfortable loungers sit beside the gym for relaxation, while the healing benefits of both a sauna and Hammam offer guests a true sense of serene wellness.

After a relaxing spa session, guests can retire to the ground floor’s plush cinema room, complete with projector — the perfect spot for a movie marathon or a quiet night in.

The ground floor is also home to the chalet’s six bedrooms. Comprising five double rooms and a children’s bunk room, the chalet sleeps groups of 10-14 guests. Lavish bedding fills each cosy alpine bedroom, finished with weathered wood interiors that leave no doubt as to the chalet’s mountain setting. Every bedroom includes its own luxurious en-suite.

Chalet Les Fermes à La Leonthine also includes garage parking for four cars, a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and a dedicated office area.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full staff service — a private chef and butler for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening meal preparation, along with driver service and daily housekeeping. Food and drinks are charged separately.
