The floor plan integrates a lounge seating area, a formal dining space for 12, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to an expansive outdoor terrace.

The lower level serves as a dedicated wellness, leisure, and utility hub, featuring an indoor swimming pool equipped with hydro-massage jets and counter-current capabilities, a traditional sauna, and a fitness room. This floor also hosts a private cinema room, a wine cellar, and a ski boot room.

Sleeping quarters accommodate 12 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. The entrance level houses two double bedrooms and a children’s bunk room sleeping four.
