Chalet Kitsune

Chalet Kitsune is a stylishly modern ski-in/ski-out chalet with its own swimming pool in Val d’Isère — a luxury property offering an excellent range of facilities, an idyllic ski-side location, and bright, open-plan living spaces. The chalet welcomes up to 10 guests across five spacious bedrooms.

Spread across three floors, Chalet Kitsune’s airy living areas occupy the middle, ground-floor level. A free-flowing, open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining space is finished in light greys and whites, complemented by sleek marble fittings for an exceptionally contemporary feel. Guests can relax on sumptuous designer sofas in the main lounge, or gather in the seating area positioned in front of the stylish marble fireplace. The light wooden dining table, with its Scandinavian-inspired design, comfortably seats all 10 guests for meals together, and sits within the same space as the well-equipped modern kitchen. Multiple French doors fill the space with natural light while providing access to the chalet’s terrace, offering wonderful mountain views and direct access to the piste.

One floor down, Chalet Kitsune features a lovely spa area with swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a swim in the large indoor pool, relax on the poolside loungers, or unwind in the adjacent sauna — the perfect way to recover after a day skiing in Val d’Isère.

This same lower floor also houses the chalet’s plush TV lounge. Blackout curtains and recessed cove lighting create a relaxed atmosphere, while the large, comfortable sofa offers the perfect spot to settle in for a film on the big screen.

Chalet Kitsune’s five double bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. Each room is generously sized, featuring wood detailing that reflects the chalet’s alpine character, along with angled ceilings that add to the cosy atmosphere. Three of the double bedrooms can also be configured as twins for added flexibility. Three bedrooms include their own private en-suite bath or shower room, while the remaining two share access to a bath or shower room located in the hallway opposite. One top-floor bedroom includes its own WC within the en-suite, while the other top-floor bedrooms share a WC located in the hallway. The bedroom on the lowest level has access to a communal WC located near the spa and TV lounge.

For practicality, the chalet includes its own ski room with boot warmers, along with one outdoor parking space and laundry facilities for guest use.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and include full gourmet catering, a selection of complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service, and two days of complimentary ski instruction.

The chalet is also available on a bed-and-breakfast basis, including daily continental breakfast, housekeeping, and a mid-week towel change, or on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
