Chalet Mimi in Lech is a luxurious ski-in/ski-out chalet set in a prime location in Oberlech, directly on the slopes of the world-famous Arlberg ski area. Spanning 830m², the chalet’s expansive living spaces and minimalist style create a true home-away-from-home atmosphere for up to 14 guests. With four deluxe double bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and a gorgeous wellness area, this cosy, family-friendly alpine chalet is one you’ll never want to leave.

Built using high-quality, authentic Austrian timber, Chalet Mimi offers a quintessential alpine experience. The living spaces are generous, with several breakout areas offering something for everyone. The first floor has been designed with entertaining in mind, with natural tones and soft pastel colours creating a soothing atmosphere throughout. The lounge surrounds a feature fireplace, the perfect spot to return to after a day on the slopes, while the large wooden dining table offers views of Lech and the surrounding mountains during meals. A modern, well-equipped bar sits within the same space for those wanting a drink, and guests can also step out onto generous balconies to enjoy the chalet’s piste-side position, watching group members ski off down the mountain.

Chalet Mimi’s wellness area offers a true haven for post-ski relaxation. Traditional stone and wood interiors create a soothing atmosphere alongside a collection of facilities that could rival a standalone spa. Guests can move between the 14-metre indoor pool, steam room, sauna, or indoor Jacuzzi, or step outside to the terrace, where a large outdoor hot tub offers expansive views over the mountains and nearby Lech. Back indoors, relaxation continues with a treatment in the massage room, or a film on the spa’s projector while relaxing on a poolside lounger with a refreshing drink from the vital bar.

The ground floor offers guests the perfect space to unwind further. Choose between a private library, complete with a floor-to-ceiling bookcase showcasing fine Austrian craftsmanship, or a cosy study full of character and classic detailing. A well-appointed entertainment room also offers the perfect setting for late-night chats or a film curled up on the sofa, with a bottle from the private wine cellar in hand. This space can also be adapted for parties, yoga retreat classes, or business meetings.

In total, Chalet Mimi sleeps up to 14 guests across four beautifully appointed double bedrooms and two bunk rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom offers a sense of opulent tranquillity, complete with a private balcony showcasing impressive mountain views, along with a private dressing room and lounge area to relax in. One of the double bedrooms connects to the four-person bunk room, forming an ideal family suite for a luxury family ski holiday in Oberlech.

For added convenience, the chalet includes a ski room with boot warmers and a lift connecting all floors.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full gourmet catering, butler service, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 in-resort chauffeur service. Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
