Le Chalet in Oberlech is a contemporary mountain home of peerless quality. Featuring seven exquisite bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests, this stylish, ultra-modern property offers 1,000m² of living space, a fabulous spa area with swimming pool, and truly jaw-dropping panoramic views, thanks to its elevated mountainside location.

The upper floor is dedicated entirely to togetherness, housing beautifully styled living areas with sleek, graceful interiors and plush, luxurious furnishings within a free-flowing open-plan space. Guests can enjoy a drink prepared by the resident bartender at the chic bar, or relax beside the fireplace on exceptionally comfortable sofas. The formal dining area offers a long table that can be extended to accommodate additional guests for delicious gourmet meals together. These top-floor living spaces are framed by expansive picture windows offering uninterrupted mountain views, leading out to a generous balcony where guests can dine alfresco or relax beside the outdoor fireplace in the evening.

Le Chalet is superbly equipped for wellness and relaxation, offering an incredible spa area to unwind in after a day skiing in the Arlberg. The undoubted highlight is the beautifully designed relaxation room and swimming pool, offering a wonderfully serene space to unwind. A whirlpool hot tub provides an even more soothing soak, while a sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin offer further rejuvenating options. A well-equipped fitness room, featuring both cardio machines and free weights, completes the spa offering.

The chalet’s TV lounge combines state-of-the-art technology with luxurious furnishings, featuring soft rugs, stylish seating, an integrated sound system, and tablet controls — a meticulously designed space for a relaxed evening in. Guests can also enjoy a fine wine from the chalet’s well-stocked cellar, curated by Austria’s only Master Sommelier.

Le Chalet’s seven individually furnished double bedroom suites sleep up to 14 guests, spread across the ground and middle floors. Many rooms include their own additional lounge space with fireplace for private relaxation, and all bedrooms face out towards the mountain views, with some opening directly onto the ground-floor terrace and others featuring sheltered, heated balconies on the middle floor. Each bedroom includes the same high-quality technology found in the TV lounge, along with a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite featuring either a walk-in shower or a freestanding bathtub, finished to an ultra-modern standard.

For convenience, an internal lift connects all floors, alongside a ski room with boot heaters and laundry facilities for guest use. Guests driving to their holiday in Lech also benefit from free underground parking, located at the base of the cable car station connecting Lech and Oberlech.

Rates are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and include full gourmet catering (private chef and service staff), in-resort chauffeur service, and housekeeping. Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
